By accessing or using the PurFrame platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
You retain all ownership rights to the original photos you upload. By uploading them, you grant PurFrame a temporary license to process them for the sole purpose of generating your video.
You own the generated video. PurFrame grants you a perpetual, commercial, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and monetize the generated video tours across any platform (e.g., MLS, Instagram, YouTube) provided you have the legal right to the underlying property imagery.
PurFrame operates on a pre-paid model. Customers may either subscribe to a monthly plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro) that includes a set number of videos per month, or purchase a single video pay-as-you-go for $15. A standard 30-second property tour equals one (1) video. Add-ons — aerial intro, photo enhance, CAD realize, and additional export formats — each count as an additional partial video against your balance. Unused subscription videos roll over each month up to the plan's rollover cap; the first revision on every video is included at no additional cost.
Balance deduction: Your video balance is deducted when a generation job starts, not at completion.
Automated Generation Protection: Because AI generation relies on complex computational processes, jobs may occasionally fail. If a generation fails due to a system error on our end, our automated monitoring system will intercept the failure and instantly restore the deducted amount back to your account balance.
You agree not to use PurFrame to generate content that is illegal, explicit, or violates the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these guidelines.
